Increase production by reducing equipment downtime.

Industrial Insite’s MainTraining certification program arms equipment technicians and operators with valuable knowledge and skills to keep your production environment in tip-top shape.

Designed to help employers achieve world-class production equipment maintenance, these training certification classes are specifically focused on reducing production equipment downtime. Each maintenance training class engages participants with highly relevant learning objectives, which are developed by a cross-functional team of experienced production and maintenance managers.

There are two specialty paths in the training program; one is tailored to electrical and the second is tailored to mechanical skills.

Participants can choose to attend the entire program to prepare for career advancement, or just those topics most relevant to their jobs.

  • General skills classes include topics like shop math, print reading, computers and LEAN manufacturing.
  • Mechanical path classes include topics like power transmission, lubrication, fasteners, boilers and more.
  • Electrical path classes include topics like industrial electronics, motor controls, PLCs (basic through advanced), pneumatics and more.

Employers will benefit from this completely customizable program, which will support company-specific production equipment and workforce competencies.

Industrial Insite instructors are experienced and qualified manufacturing and technical training specialists—experts in their fields. Our record of developing employee competencies has led to longstanding relationships with mid-size and major manufacturers, including employers with Six Sigma, ISO, LEAN, Department of Defense and regulatory requirements. We are also experienced in delivering training to employee groups with limited English proficiency.

Knowing how to ensure that equipment runs smoothly—and what to do when problems occur—is vital to reducing downtime and protecting your bottom line.
